MIB – Merchandise in Baggage 

Regency has enhanced the MIB service and developed a specialized operation to meet and service customers hand carrying items on or off of private or chartered aircraft.

We have a dedicated team who specialize in the preparation and completion of all Import and Export Customs formalities.

We have our own armoured and non-armoured cargo carrying vehicles, which have the facility to meet the aircraft and deliver and or remove the goods to our own, secure bonded warehouse on airport or to any other pre-designated location.

We are available from the first to last flight of every day, seven days a week to complete MIB customs formalities. Regency was one of the first UK Customs & Excise agents to invest and to be directly linked to the HM Customs & Excise system and continue to push the boundaries of what is possible both technologically & operationally.

We have dedicated MIB officers on duty each day of the week including weekends and national public holidays
